Jangsuwon is a Korean restaurant in Myeongdong, Seoul, a six-minute walk from Myeongdong Station, serving naengmyeon and galbitang. The menu is short: naengmyeon and galbitang, with both mul naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon available. The restaurant has continued since 1975, and the galbitang comes with hot beef bone broth and a large back rib piece that is cut with scissors and eaten with rice mixed into the broth. The dongchimi taste and seasoning are on the strong side, so it feels different from the mild Pyeongyang naengmyeon you may expect.
