Jangho Wang Gopchang Kimchi Jjigae

Janghowang Gopchang Kimchi Stew is a gopchang restaurant on the second floor of a building in Seoul, serving gopchang and kimchi stew together. The kimchi stew is based on aged kimchi and deepens in flavor the longer it cooks, and ramyeon noodles can be added to it. The restaurant, called Jjalajip, has a 35-year tradition, and it is quiet with fewer people outside lunch hours. Portions are on the small side.
