Janggeumi Jeonjib

Janggeumijeonjip is a jeon restaurant a two-minute walk from Myeongdong Station Exit 10, serving kimchi jeon, chive-and-shrimp jeon, and a mixed jeon platter. The jeon is pan-fried to order and comes out crisp, and it can be paired with makgeolli or chestnut makgeolli. The interior has Korean-style mother-of-pearl cabinet doors, and a large share of the customers are foreign visitors. The menu runs from gimbap and tteokbokki to ramyeon and jajangmyeon, so it does not read as a restaurant specializing in jeon.
