Jangan Samgyetang

Jangan Samgyetang is a samgyetang restaurant in Jung-gu, Seoul, opened in 1971. Ordering samgyetang brings a chicken gizzard side dish and a small ginseng liquor, and the restaurant also sells abalone porridge and fried chicken wings. Seating extends up to the third floor, there is no break time, and food comes out within five minutes of ordering. The samgyetang is not served at a rolling boil.
