Jang Yeongsuk Sundae Gukbap

Jang Yeongsuk Sundaegukbap is a sundae restaurant at the end of the kalguksu alley in Namdaemun Market, serving sundae-gukbap made with sundae and offal. The sundae and offal are sliced and served over rice in a broth simmered all day, and the meat from the head has little fat and a lot of lean meat. When you order, kimchi and chives come out first and the gukbap comes right away, so the wait is short. You season it to taste with salted shrimp, dadegi, salt, minced garlic, and chili.
