Jamae Sikdang

Jamaesikdang is a restaurant on the second floor of the seafood market building in Namdaemun Market, Seoul, serving Chinese home-style dishes. It is close to Seoul Station and Namsan, and its menu includes tomato and egg stir-fry, guobaorou, and xiangla rousi rice bowls, with zhacai and dried tofu salad as basic side dishes. Customers write their order on paper from the menu and hand it to the kitchen, which prepares the food in an open kitchen visible from the wide dining area. During lunch hours, orders pile up and food takes more than 30 minutes to arrive.
