Jaembaeok

Jaembaeok is a tangban restaurant in Seosomun, Seoul, open since 1933, serving seolleongtang, gomtang, doganitang, and suyuk. The seolleongtang is served with somyeon noodles added and rice on the side, and the broth is made from beef bone stock. Food comes out quickly after ordering, rice and broth can be refilled for free, and suyuk and modum jeongol are also served in the evening. Prices are on the high side.
