Iwon Son Kalguksu

Iwon Son Kalguksu is a snack shop in an alley near Bangsan Market in Seoul that serves kalguksu, handmade mandu, and jjolmyeon. The owner makes the knife-cut noodles by hand and folds the thin-skinned mandu by hand. On Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., the tables are full and a wait is standard. There are more tables than space, so the shop feels cramped.
