Incheonjip

Incheonjip is a Korean restaurant in Euljiro Dadong that serves pork suyuk and gul bossam, located on the second floor. The suyuk has a balance of lean meat and fat, comes with bossam kimchi, and the seafood kalguksu broth is on the cool side. Customers crowd in enough that a 6:30 p.m. arrival still means a 20-minute wait. The interior is cramped and the stairs to the second floor are steep.
