Inaniwa Yosuke (Seoul City Hall)

In front of Seoul City Hall, Inaniwa Yosuke Sicheomjeom is an udon specialist serving thin Japanese-style udon and anju. Its signature dish is cold zaru udon with thin, chewy noodles dipped in soy-based tsuyu or sesame-miso tsuyu. At lunch a line forms, so arriving before 11:40 or reserving is necessary. The hot udon broth is on the salty side.
