Ilpum Kalguksu is a neighborhood restaurant in Seoul serving bajirak kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and handmade dumplings. Its kalguksu is seasoned with zucchini and clams, and the menu also includes summer kongguksu and mandu jeongol. The owner makes the dumplings and kimchi in-house, and diners can add dadaegi seasoning to the kalguksu. Sand remains in the clams, and they are not purged thoroughly.
