Igoramen

Igora Ramen is a Japanese ramen shop in Seosomun Sunhwa-dong, Seoul, serving tonkotsu ramen and karaage. The light tonkotsu broth comes with fresh noodles, flame-seared chashu, and egg, and the karaage is served with cheongyang mayo sauce. One owner runs the shop alone, orders are placed at a kiosk, and the space is small. Pickled radish soaked in yuja is served on the side.
