Ido Hoetjip

Ido Hoetjip is a seafood restaurant near Yaksu Station in Seoul that serves flounder and salmon sets, assorted hoe, and yellowtail courses. The two-person set brings out steamed egg, corn butter, grilled mackerel, fried shrimp, seafood ramen, and rice with fish roe in sequence. Seating is limited, so tables often have a wait and phone reservations are required. The hoe has at times been mushy and dry, with freshness falling short.
