Ibug Mandu is a Korean restaurant in an alley inside Gwanghwamun, Seoul, serving North Korean-style dumplings and kimchi noodles. The dumplings are filled with tofu, bean sprouts, and chives, and the kimchi noodles use chewy corn noodles with sesame oil added. The space is a renovated old hanok with a yard, and a line forms after 11:30 a.m. There is no parking, and the dumpling soup comes with five dumplings, which is a small portion.
