Hyeonkatsu

Hyeonkatsu is a Japanese-style tonkatsu restaurant in the basement next to the Myeongdong Central Post Office in Seoul. It serves anshim katsu, deungshim katsu, and fish katsu, with the anshim and deungshim cutlets fried thick and crisp while staying moist. Orders take about 15 minutes to arrive, rice portions are generous, and extra vegetables are provided on request. The cabbage dressing is mild in flavor and does little to cut the heaviness.
