Hyeondae Kalguksu

Hyundai Kalguksu is an old noodle shop in the Bukchang-dong alleys near City Hall Station, selling kalguksu in anchovy broth and mulmandu. The mixed kalguksu comes with both noodles and mulmandu, and the broth is made from anchovies and hwangtae. Extra noodles and rice are free on request, and the dish is eaten with scallion seasoning and cheongyang chili. At lunchtime the wait runs around 20 minutes.
