Hyangchon Restaurant

Hyangchon Sikdang is an old Korean restaurant in Sanrim-dong next to the Cheonggye shopping arcade in Euljiro, Seoul, serving samgyeopsal (pork belly) and baekban. The samgyeopsal grilled at the outdoor seating is the main dish, accompanied by kimchi and kimchi stew. On days with good weather, the wait for outdoor seating runs close to an hour, and side dishes are taken self-serve. If no outdoor seat is available, you simply leave.
