Hongo Jip Myeongdong Direct Branch is a single-person grill restaurant on the route from Myeongdong toward Euljiro. Each table has its own grill for beef, samgyeopsal, and deungsim, and diners can also order bulgogi, yukhoe bibimbap, and mul naengmyeon. Meat is selected in 50g units per table, and two sauces, salt, rice, miso soup, kimchi, and cabbage come with the order. Replacing the grill costs an extra fee.
