Hongyeon is a Chinese restaurant inside The Westin Josun Seoul in Seoul. It prepares dishes such as samseon jjamppong and jjajangmyeon, and also serves seafood dishes and dim sum. The restaurant has private rooms with no room charge, and staff service follows a set manual. Seasoning is on the mild side, so it does not suit those who prefer salty food.
