Honam Sikdang

Homam Restaurant is a Korean eatery in the Galchi Alley inside Namdaemun Market, Seoul, serving hairtail braised in spicy seasoning with radish and fried hairtail. Fried hairtail and steamed egg are provided as service dishes. An order of braised hairtail at noon was served in under a minute, and three side dishes were set on the table. The hairtail is precooked and reheated, giving the flesh a dry texture.
