Hoetjip Joeul

Hoetjip Joeul is a raw fish restaurant near Chungmuro Station in Seoul that serves aged hoe in a Japanese-style course. The course includes thick slices of aged hoe from large fish, along with seasonal dishes such as steamed crab and jeoneo hoe. Each private room has its own air conditioning and is sized to the party, so meals are quiet. The food menu is limited.
