Hoban Jip is a restaurant between Euljiro and Chungmuro that serves dakgomtang as its main dish. The rich dakgomtang broth contains chicken that has been deboned and torn into pieces, and the shop also sells dakmuchim and dakbaeksuk. Seasonings come on the side, so the broth can be eaten clear, and you can ask for the chicken skin to be removed in advance. The chicken has a somewhat dry texture.
