Hinoaji

Hinoaji is a restaurant in Myeongdong, Seoul, serving Japanese-style miso tonkatsu and ramen. Its menu includes tantanmen, karami-so ramen, and a Jeju black pork tonkatsu set meal. At lunch a queue forms, and food can take more than 20 minutes to arrive. Side dishes are self-serve from a bar, but first-time diners get little guidance on this.
