Harabeoji Son Kalguksu Jeonmun

Halabeoji Son Kalguksu Jeonmun is a third-generation kalguksu shop between Hwanghak-dong and Dongmyo in Seoul. The noodles are soft and uneven in width, served in a broth simmered with anchovy and shiitake, with a spicy seasoning sauce added midway to adjust the taste. Orders are paid in advance, and there are cases of walking in without waiting even at weekend lunch. Only cash is accepted.
