HAOKAOSTAN

Haokaosutan Izakaya sits in the alleys of Sindang-dong near Sindang Station in Seoul, serving charcoal skewers and Shanghai-style hot pot. Guests grill lamb skewers, chicken skin, and garlic bread at the table, with eggplant sweet-and-sour and grilled clams on the side. The first floor is for skewers and the second floor is for hot pot, where a sauce bar is set up. You must choose either hot pot or skewers, not both.
