Hanseong

Hanseong is a gopchang restaurant that opened in 1972 near Seoul City Hall Station, on Seosomun Jeongdong-gil in Seoul. It serves los gui, galbi sal, and gopchang jeongol, which the owner boils at the table with a house seasoning sauce and adjusts for heat using gochujang. Lines run long at lunch, and at dinner the wait is long without a reservation. Los gui and galbi sal are on the higher end of the price range.
