Hangjeongbossam

Hangjeongbossam is a restaurant in Seoul, near Namdaemun, that serves bossam, sundae guk, and pork bone soup. The bossam set and mixed bossam center on soft meat without off-odors, and bibimbap and beef jeon can be ordered as well. Orders are placed at a table kiosk that can be switched to Japanese, with a final choice of adding extra spice to the broth. Food comes out quickly, and salt is set on the table.
