Haepo

Haepo is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves charcoal-grilled pork bulgogi and gopchang dishes. The ganjang bulgogi is grilled over direct fire, giving it a distinct charred flavor, and gopchang jeongol and grilled gopchang can be ordered as well. Two salads accompany the meal: a Korean-style salad and a Korean take on Thai som tam. The meats tend toward strong sweet and salty notes.
