Haedeun

Haedeun is a pork grill restaurant in Chungmuro, Seoul, serving shoulder rack and samgyeopsal (pork belly). Staff grill the meat, which is eaten with salted fish innards, wasabi, salted herring roe, and coleslaw. Ordering the shoulder rack comes with sundubu (soft tofu stew) with octopus at no extra charge, and ramen noodles can be added. Staff sometimes handle the grilling, but diners sometimes grill the meat themselves.
