Haedamchae City Hall Branch is a Korean full-course restaurant in Seoul that serves hoe and seafood dishes, located underground across from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Its signature style is eating flounder sekkosi and basic sashimi wrapped in seaweeds such as miyeok, tot, and gim. Food arrives over the course of an hour in multiple private rooms, timed to the pace of the meal, and the seaweed can be refilled on request. The hoe and seaweed are fine, but the fried dishes that come later in the course are disappointing and the prices run high.
