Gyuban is a Korean restaurant in Euljiro, Seoul, that reinterprets the cuisine of the four gates of Seoul and royal court dishes in a modern style. Its course menu includes assorted hoe, royal summer cold water dumplings, neobiani, and sea squirt bibimbap. The space is divided into rooms and is used for family meetings and business meetings, and chef Kim Jiyoung served as an advisor on the drama Dae Jang Geum. Portions are small, so adult men tend to remain hungry after the meal.
