Gyeongsangdo Sikdang is an old galbi restaurant near Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station in Euljiro that serves one thing: yeontan dwaeji galbi. The pork ribs are grilled over charcoal in the kitchen and come with kongnamul guk, a house-made chojang, and pa kimchi. Arriving after 4:30 p.m. can mean a long wait, and additional orders are not accepted in single portions. Payment is cash only, with no cards accepted.
