Gwanghwamun Sujebi Euljiro serves sujebi, kalguksu and gimbap from a basement level space just off Myeongdong. The doenjang sujebi comes in clam broth with soft hand-torn dough, while the eolkeun sujebi is served in a spicy gochujang-based soup. Lunch brings a line, but the tables turn over quickly and the dining room seats about 40 people. The basement of the old building has a damp smell and is not comfortable.
