GoSsiNe Gochujang Stew

Gossine Gochujang Jjigae is a restaurant near Euljiro 3-ga Station in Seoul that serves gochujang jjigae as its single lunch menu and sells anju such as gamjachaejeon, gambas, and jjapaguri in the evening. The jjigae contains large pieces of pork, zucchini, and potato, and in the evening pa twigim is added on top as a drinking snack. At lunch, the gochujang jjigae is served in an individual ttukbaegi with dried gim, a fried egg, eomuk, and danmuji on the side. There is often a wait during lunch hours and after 6 p.m., with waiting occurring in the small store.
