Ginza Ryoko Sindang is a Japanese restaurant in Sindang, Seoul, serving tonkatsu and hambak sets. The tonkatsu hambak set comes with jangguk, and the sauce is a defining feature of the restaurant. The tonkatsu and the jangguk are good, and the sauce tastes better than at other branches. Staff do not attend to customers right away when they enter.
