Ginseng Chicken Soup

Ginseng Chicken Soup is a samgyetang restaurant in Seoul that boils a whole chicken with ginseng. The signature dish fills the chicken with glutinous rice and serves it hot in a stone pot with broth that has been boiled until it turns milky white. Gul gukbap is also on the menu, and the restaurant draws many office workers, so it can be crowded. The selection is narrow because there are not many kinds of samgyetang.
