Geumjane Raw Sirloin

Geumjane Saeng Deungsim is a Korean beef restaurant near Seoul Station that grills Hanwoo raw sirloin over charcoal. The single cut, Hanwoo saeng deungsim, is cooked on a copper grate over Gangwon-do cham charcoal and served with mu saengchae and lettuce. At lunchtime there is a queue, and ordering meat brings individual bowls of beef radish soup and steamed egg. The dining room is loud because of the crowds.
