Geukdong Hope Pil-dong

Geukdong Hope Pildong is an old beer hall near Chungmuro Station that serves grilled whole dried pollack and draft beer. The owner grills the half-dried pollack over fire and strips the hot flesh by hand, and silk moth pupae can be ordered along with the draft beer. There are outdoor tables and second-floor seating, so beer can be drunk on hot days. The interior has the atmosphere of an old beer hall and is not particularly clean.
