Galchiho

Galchiho is a hairtail restaurant near Euljiro 3-ga Station in Seoul that serves hairtail hoe, grilled hairtail, and braised hairtail. The owner catches the hairtail in Jeju, and dishes from Inamjang can be ordered as well. The braised hairtail uses a spicy, rich seasoning that is not salty, so the broth is worth eating. Raw fish dishes are available only on Mondays and Tuesdays, so the visit day has to be planned around that.
