Eulmildae Mugyo

Eulmildae Mugyo is a naengmyeon restaurant in Seoul that serves Pyongyang-style cold noodles and mung bean pancakes. It sits on the basement first floor of a high-rise building in Mugyo-dong near Cheonggyecheon. The mul naengmyeon pairs thick, chewy buckwheat noodles with a light broth, and the mung bean pancakes have a crisp surface. At noon on a weekday the wait was about ten minutes, parking is available, and delivery is offered.
