Eulji Yukjeom

Eulji M Yukjeom is a pork specialty restaurant in a side alley off Exit 11 of Euljiro 3-ga Station in Seoul. It serves cuts such as huin-gyeopsal, galmaegisal, and kkodeul-sal along with samgyeopsal and pork collar as a set menu, and staff handle the initial grilling and cooking. Customers arrive from 5:30 p.m., and by 6 p.m. there are no seats left. The small space makes meals feel unsettled as staff move around.
