Eulji Mandu

Eulji Mandoo is a dumpling shop in Dongdaemun, Seoul, in Euljiro 6-ga, Jung-gu. It serves meat dumplings, kimchi dumplings, and steamed buns, and the meat dumplings have a natural sweetness from onion and cabbage. The open kitchen lets you watch the dumplings being folded and steamed, and water, soy sauce, and pickled radish are self-service. One serving is not enough for a meal, so you need about two plates to feel full.
