Eulji Kalguksu

Euljiro Kalguksu sits a minute from Exit 7 of Euljiro 3-ga Station in Seoul and serves both hand-made dumpling kalguksu and samgyeopsal. The kalguksu uses a thick sagol-based broth with green, chewy noodles and large dumplings made in-house. The standard hand-made dumpling kalguksu comes with three dumplings, and the special with five. It opens daily at 11 a.m. and takes a break from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
