Eulji Galmaegi

Euljiro Galmaegi is a grilled-meat restaurant in Euljiro 3-ga, Seoul, specializing in fresh galmaegisal. The galmaegisal is served with salted shrimp or dried-shrimp seasoning sauce, and diners also order bulmakchang, chicken neck meat, and cheonggukjang stew alongside it. Many side dishes come out, including seasoned gejang, pa kimchi, and wasabi, and the cheonggukjang comes without rice, so rice must be ordered separately. There is often a wait.
