Eulji Baektan

Euljiro Baektan Ppyeogui is a charcoal grill restaurant in Euljiro, Seoul, located right in front of Exit 11 of Euljiro 3-ga Station. Its signature dish, baektan ppyeogui, consists of tender pork backbone grilled over white charcoal and served with a spicy-sweet seasoning and grilled scallions. The spice level can be chosen from 1 to 4, and the meal can be accompanied by jumeokbap or gamjajeon. Arriving late may mean a wait of around 30 minutes.
