Eomuniewa Godeungeo is an old Korean restaurant in Chungmuro, Seoul, serving charcoal-grilled mackerel baekban, pollack stew, and kimchi stew. The mackerel is grilled over charcoal rather than fried, so the outside is crisp, the inside stays moist, and it takes on a charcoal aroma, served with bean sprout soup and old-style side dishes. Rice is scooped to each person's amount and can be refilled. The side dishes and the pollack stew are seasoned on the salty side.
