East Village Seoul

East Village Seoul is a restaurant in the basement of SFC Mall near Gwanghwamun Station in Seoul, serving Korean dishes such as barley rice set meals, old-style donkatsu, and LA galbi set meals. The barley rice set meal comes with namul and doenjang soup, while the old-style donkatsu is thick meat topped with brown sauce and can be ordered with old-style fried chicken and dongdongju. Grated potato jeon pairs with makgeolli, and the handmade tofu is made in-house and described as nutty. Even when indoor seats are empty, staff sometimes direct guests to terrace seating.
