Dutum Korean BBQ is a grill house near Chungjeongno Station in Jungnim-dong, Seoul, where thick aged pork is cooked over charcoal. The pork collar and samgyeopsal (pork belly) are aged between seven and 21 days, then grilled by staff, and served with gochujang jjigae and chilled mu saengchae. In the evening, you write your name on the waiting list and are seated only once everyone in your party has arrived. Ssam vegetables such as lettuce, perilla leaf and chili pepper are not provided.
