Duri Mat Gamjatang in Seoul serves gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew) with plenty of ugeoji and dried radish greens, along with aged kimchi gamjatang, ppyeojjim, haemul ppyeojjim, and spicy haejangguk. The meat separates easily from the bones, and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) dough is served separately for diners to tear and add themselves. The restaurant has a spacious dining hall and parking in front, and fried rice is available at the end of the meal. The portions are small.
