Dumesangon is a cheonggukjang restaurant near Seobu Station in Seoul that serves cheonggukjang and kongguksu. It uses cheonggukjang fermented in-house from domestic soybeans, and the kongguksu comes with noodles in a thick, nutty soybean broth made on site. Cheonggukjang is ordered for two or more people and is mixed and boiled like bibimbap, then spooned three times over rice and mixed. Solo diners are turned away for having no suitable menu, and those who sit too long are given hints to leave.
